I wanted to share this really easy and delicious chewy sugar cookie with you. Finding an easy baking recipe that I can make during the week helps me break up all the work week chaos.

This one is so good (one of my favorites!) and it is made with brown sugar with a bit of nutmeg and it is so chewy! It is also so easy to make!
