Easy Recipes For You!

Hey there Reader

This week, I am sharing some easy recipes with some ideas for the upcoming St Patrick's day.

I don't do lots to celebrate meal wise for this occasion but I do make it a point to have a nice cocktail and a good snack to go with it.

Even though I don't cook lots of Irish food, my husband is Irish and spent lots of time living in Ireland so I do have an amazing recipe from him.

I am sharing one of his favorite soda bread (brown soda bread) recipes he brought back from Ireland. This is one that I make all year.

My contribution in honor of this day, is I have included my favorite potato soup recipe because well, potatoes are a huge part of Irish cooking :)

They are so easy and so delicious and I hope you give them a try ๐Ÿ’›

Garlic and Potato Soup

This garlic potato soup is the perfect blend of creamy, savory, and delicious with a touch of Indian spices to take this creamy potato soup to the next level.

Irish Brown Soda Bread

This soda bread contains no yeast and gets its rise from mixing buttermilk with baking soda. It is baked in a Dutch oven to produce a nice brown crust and a soft and tender crumb.

Baileys Milkshake

Indulge in the decadent combination of Baileys Irish Cream and ice cream in this delicious milkshake recipe.

Baileys Martini

This creamy martini is made with Baileys Irish cream, vodka and cream. It is pure comfort food in cocktail form.
