Hey there Reader
This week, I am sharing some easy recipes with some ideas for the upcoming St Patrick's day.
I don't do lots to celebrate meal wise for this occasion but I do make it a point to have a nice cocktail and a good snack to go with it.
Even though I don't cook lots of Irish food, my husband is Irish and spent lots of time living in Ireland so I do have an amazing recipe from him.
I am sharing one of his favorite soda bread (brown soda bread) recipes he brought back from Ireland. This is one that I make all year.
My contribution in honor of this day, is I have included my favorite potato soup recipe because well, potatoes are a huge part of Irish cooking :)
They are so easy and so delicious and I hope you give them a try ๐
