Keeping It Simple

Easy Recipes You Will Want To Make On Repeat!

Hey there

I hope you are having a great week!

Things have been getting very busy in my house and meal planning has become more essential (and crucial) to keep things on track.

This week I am sharing some dinners I planned out and made that were so good (even one no-cook meal.) Of course, there are a couple of sweet treats we've baked up to make sure we stay happy despite the busy schedules!

They are all super simple and family approved favorites.

I hope you try them out!

Spiced Shortbread Cookies

These spiced shortbread cookies taste just like eggnog without adding any — made with warm cinnamon, ginger, and a hint of turmeric for that perfect background note.

The Best Baked Pork Tenderloin

This baked pork tenderloin with a mesquite rub is big on flavor and so easy to make — it's the meal that makes our dinner table go completely quiet.

Italian Roast Beef Sandwich

This Italian roast beef sandwich is my family's absolute favorite — loaded with Italian pickled vegetables, fresh roast beef, basil mayo, and melty cheese all piled onto a hoagie roll.

Chinese Chicken Green Beans

This Chinese Chicken and Green Beans is anything but plain and ordinary — it is packed with bold, delicious flavors that will 100 percent impress everyone who tries it.

Super Easy Berry Crisp

Fresh or frozen berries topped with a golden, buttery crisp — this mixed berry crumble comes together with just a few steps and simple ingredients.

Plus try out a few of my favorite summer recipes of the week too.
