New Easy Recipes For You!

Hey there

I wanted to share some of my favorite classic Texas dishes that I learned to cook living in Texas. They are very easy and all so full of flavor.

These dishes make great recipes for a family dinner and they are also great for entertaining.

This is what I have been cooking lately and my friends and family love it and I think you will too.

We hope you try them out!

Texas Borracho Beans (Pinto Beans)

These borracho beans get their flavor from the pinto beans that are slow-cooked in a rich broth flavored with stock, beer, bacon, and aromatics yielding a wonderful and filling meal.

Texas Pulled Pork Sliders (With thin BBQ Sauce)

A Texas-style pulled pork that is made in the slow cooker and loaded with so much flavor. With rolls, classic Texas toppings, and classic Texas thin BBQ sauce for the ultimate pulled pork.

Real Texas Chili

This Texas chili recipe has no beans, no tomatoes and it's made with cubed chuck beef that is cooked for hours until tender and delicious. This Texas chili is the real deal.

Chewy Cinnamon Chocolate Cookies

The inspiration for these chocolate cookies with cinnamon comes from my favorite hot drink in the winter, Mexican hot chocolate (a blend of chocolate, cinnamon and cayenne pepper but nothing that is spicy).

Plus try out a few of my favorite recipes of the week too.

➡️ Baked Ricotta Mac n Cheese

➡️ One Pot Green Beans, Potatoes and Tomatoes

➡️ Italian Rice Pudding
