I wanted to share one of my favorite easy weeknight meals, a delicious pasta with the most AMAZING cherry tomato and garlic sauce.

​

This sauce is made with olive oil, garlic and cherry tomatoes that have burst open from cooking them down and it all blends together to make the most wonderful meal.

​

This one is so popular in our house that I buy cherry tomatoes at the store, freeze them and then throw them straight into the pan frozen. How easy is that!
