I am a stay at home on New Year's Eve kind of person but I do love making something a little special and festive for the occasion.
Small bites and simple cocktails to enjoy with them is my favorite way to celebrate.
✨ No big fancy meals, just easy and tasty finger food and sips.
Here are some of my favorites I have made over the years. They are always loved and so tasty.
I hope you give them a try!

It all starts with a simple and easy homemade pimento cheese that is spread over mini white bread buns with sliced tomatoes for the most delicious no-cook meal or appetizer that everyone will love.
Real Homemade Mexican Queso (Queso Fundido)
Queso fundido is a delicious Mexican queso recipe, that is loaded with gooey melted Mexican cheese that sits on top of roasted poblanos and onions. It is so full of flavor and it is so easy to make.
